Every great adventure begins with a dream, and Edwin Camala’s journey in tourism started with a deep passion for the mountains and culture of Peru. In 2015, Edwin began working as an assistant guide, helping travelers discover the beauty of the Andes. With dedication, hard work, and a genuine love for sharing his homeland, he gained experience on some of Peru’s most iconic treks, such as the Salkantay Trek, the Ausangate Trek, the Inca Trail, and Choquequirao.
Over the years, Edwin has guided travelers from all over the world, helping them achieve their goals while sharing the history, traditions, and natural wonders of the Andes. His experience has taught him that the best trips are not just about visiting famous places, but also about creating meaningful connections with local communities and unforgettable memories for every traveler.

My name is Lisbet Mamani, and I’m one of the people behind Guiding Cusco Expeditions.
My journey has been shaped by my passion for helping others and my strong desire to create meaningful travel experiences in Peru and Cusco. I studied Computer Science and Information Technology, and later specialized in administration and customer service within the tourism sector.
Over the years, I’ve worked closely with travelers from all over the world, learning the importance of clear communication, organization, and personalized attention. Through these experiences, I realized that many travelers were looking for more than just a conventional tour. They wanted genuine support, local knowledge, and a team they could trust from the moment they started planning their trip.

Today, I help travelers plan their experiences in Cusco, Peru. I answer their questions, organize itineraries, and ensure every detail is carefully prepared. For me, the most rewarding part of this job is knowing that our travelers leave Peru, and especially Cusco, with unforgettable memories and a deeper connection to our culture, history, landscapes, and people.
