Our Commitment
Guiding Cusco Expeditions has signed the Code of Conduct Against the Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA). In this way, we ratify our organizational code of ethics and reject, denounce, and firmly condemn any practice related to the sexual abuse and exploitation of minors in Peru and the world.
What can we do to prevent it?
Rejection Attitude
Maintain a firm attitude of rejection towards ESNNA and warn others about the severe prison sentences associated with these crimes.
Report Immediately
Immediately report any suspicious case of ESNNA to the Public Prosecutor’s Office or the National Police.
Emergency Contacts
Have the emergency telephone numbers on hand and share them with travelers and staff.
Emergency Lines
If you know of any case of sexual exploitation of minors under 18 years of age, do not hesitate to report it.
Law N° 29408 Compliance
We accept, subscribe to, and promote the law that sanctions the bad practice of Sexual Exploitation of Girls, Boys and Adolescents.
"In this agency, we do not promote or allow the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents; nor any other criminal offense of which we become aware in the development of our activity as provided in Law No. 29408."
